Description

Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Xtera Inc. (CAGE: 7TGU2), under the authority of FAR 6.302 for the Guantanamo Bay to Puerto Rico Submarine Fiber Optic Cable system.
Information received from the Sources Sought GTMO_PR_SFOC was considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
