Background
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), specifically the Program Executive Office for Special Operations Forces Digital Applications (PEO SDA), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide professional and technical system support services.

The mission of PEO SDA is to deliver innovative and dependable software and data capabilities for Special Operations Forces (SOF) to achieve information dominance in complex environments. This contract aims to support multiple Program Management Offices under PEO SDA in their efforts to rapidly and efficiently deliver modernized software capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide System Engineering Support as detailed in Section 3.0 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes:
1. Engineering Support for operational, advanced analytic intelligence support, and technical and analytical mission planning and execution systems.
2. Field services including engineering and technical administration, embedded data services, and analytical support for workflow development, data source integration, and expert utilization of software capabilities.
3. Support across the SOF Information Enterprise (SIE), including Tactical Local Area Networks and other DoD military hardware.
4. The contractor will also be responsible for providing Other Direct Costs (ODCs) and travel support as specified in the contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is expected to commence on April 1, 2025, with various tasks continuing through March 31, 2028.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations associated with USSOCOM, primarily at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida.
