GSO/PAW: AIR CLEANER 220V for Stock and Make Ready

Background
The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking competitive sales quotations for the supply of air cleaners as part of its procurement process. The goal is to enhance air quality within the embassy premises, aligning with its mission to provide a safe and healthy environment for staff and visitors. The contract emphasizes the need for high-quality equipment along with necessary accessories, subscriptions, and warranty support.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply 100 units of air cleaners, specifically the Honeywell Air Touch P1 Air Purifier or an equivalent model. The specifications include:
- Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR): Minimum 450 m³/h
- Coverage Area: Up to 64 m²
- Air Change Rate: Up to five (5) air changes per hour
- Three-stage filtration system consisting of: Pre-Filter, H13 Grade HEPA Filter, Activated Carbon Filter
- Non-UV light purification system
- Non-ionizer air purification system
- Highly sensitive air quality sensor capable of detecting dust, odors, airborne pollutants, viruses, and other harmful particles.
- Air quality indicator with color display (Blue, Yellow, Red)
- Automatic operating mode with multiple fan speeds
- Sleep mode with timer options (1, 2, 4, and 8 hours) and automatic shut-off
- Filter replacement indicator and reset function
- Child lock feature
- Maximum operating noise level of 54 dB at high speed
- Power consumption not exceeding 82W
- Operating voltage: 220–240V, 50–60Hz
- Dimensions approximately 525 × 211 × 350 mm
- Filter life of approximately 3,000 operating hours.

Period of Performance
Delivery shall be completed within three (3) weeks from the date the Purchase Order (PO) is issued.

Place of Performance
All items must be delivered to the American Embassy located at Jl. Merdeka Selatan No. 3 Jakarta, Indonesia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide new/original items with warranties valid in Indonesia. They must have a representative office in Indonesia with a permanent address and telephone listing. Bidders should have proven prior good working experience with the U.S. Embassy Jakarta for a minimum of three years.
