The GSA Technology Transformation Service (TTS) is seeking industry input on past experiences and best practices in modernizing the public's digital experience of the federal government. They are interested in hearing about federal projects where service improvements were achieved through modernizing the digital experience. The government is particularly interested in projects that cross multiple parts and levels of a highly federated agency/organization, have significant public-facing metrics, incorporate scalability, manage complex stakeholder relationships, address diverse user groups including underserved communities, operate in a complex compliance environment, and implement an agile/iterative, user-centered approach.

For each project shared, respondents are asked to provide information on the government's overall objectives for the procurement, the outcomes achieved, the cost and period of performance for the project, the team structure and labor categories used, whether they solely provided the solution or partnered with another company, and who the government's point of contact (PoC) for the project is. Additionally, GSA/TTS is seeking information on any specific labor categories that are essential for these types of services.

This request for information (RFI) provides an opportunity for companies with experience in modernizing the public's digital experience of the federal government to share their expertise and showcase their capabilities. The timeframe for this acquisition is not specified in the summary. The place of performance/delivery is likely to be determined based on future contracts resulting from this RFI.
