GSA - TSA San Jose Airport Custodial & Related Services - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA) is currently conducting market research on behalf of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to gather insights and capabilities related to providing custodial and related services at the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport. This initiative is part of GSA's ongoing efforts to ensure that federal facilities maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency, particularly in high-traffic areas such as airport terminals. The contract aims to support TSA's mission by ensuring that its facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive for both travelers and staff.

The scope of work for this solicitation includes furnishing all necessary personnel, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision, and management to deliver comprehensive custodial services. These services are specifically required for approximately 4,708 square feet within TSA's office spaces located in Terminal A and B of the airport. The contract will cover a period from August 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with options for four additional one-year renewals. This ensures continuity of service and allows for long-term planning in maintaining the cleanliness standards expected by TSA.

In detail, the custodial tasks will encompass routine cleaning operations including but not limited to office rooms and break rooms situated at the basement level of the airport terminals. The selected contractor will be responsible for implementing a robust cleaning schedule that aligns with TSA's operational requirements while adhering to all applicable health and safety regulations.
