Background
This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) job order construction contract (JOCC) for a single-award. The contract involves a Base Year and Four (4) One (1) Year Options. The maximum value (total of the base and all optional periods) is $10,000,000.

Work Details
The scope of work for the projects executed by Task Orders under the Contract include various construction improvements requiring the contractor to furnish all the necessary supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, etc., (except as may otherwise be provided for in the specifications). The specific project detailed in the document involves updating the GSA office space in the James V Hansen building in Ogden, Utah. The contractor is required to provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform various tasks including removal and disposal of existing ceiling tiles, carpet flooring and cove base, ceiling light fixtures, metal blinds on windows, doors and frames; verification of site electrical functionality; supply and installation of new carpeting, rubber cove base, ceiling tile, metal blinds, network connections, LED strip ceiling lighting, paint to walls throughout and aluminum storefront door with visionlite or comparable glass product hardware included.

Period of Performance
The contract involves a Base Year and Four (4) One (1) Year Options. Once notice to proceed has been issued, the contractor has 120 calendar days to complete the project. The contractor must also promptly begin the badging process at the time of notice to proceed. Please allow a minimum of 30 days to complete the badging process. Extensions will be granted for unforeseen conditions and other factors outside of the contractor’s control at the ’s discretion.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at various Federal properties located in different counties within Utah including Weber County (James V. Hansen Federal Building and Forest Service Building), Salt Lake County (Wallace F. Bennett Federal Building, Frank E. Moss U.S. Courthouse, U.S. District Courthouse for the District Court of Utah), Utah County (Robinson Federal Building), and Washington County (St. George Federal Office Building).
