Adding ESCO Selection Decision for NDER 6 projects authorizing the Preliminary Assessment phase to begin.

ABM was selected for NDER 6 Region 4 project.

Ameresco was selected for NDER 6 Region 8 project.

Constellation NewEnergy was selected for NDER 6, Region 11 project.

GSA, with the support of the DOE, Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), invites current DOE IDIQ Contract holders to submit a written Expression of Interest (EOI) in response to this NOO for consideration in potential task order (TO) award(s) under the DOE IDIQ Contract for the GSA NDER Round 6 ESPC Program in GSA Regions 4, 8, and the National Capital Region (NCR).
