GSA PBS - Hagel FB O&M - VTE - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking potential vendors for operations and maintenance (O&M) and vertical transportation equipment (VTE) services at the Frank Hagel Federal Building in Richmond, CA. The scope of work includes the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, repair, and management of equipment and systems within the building. The contractor will be responsible for providing management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies. The contract period of performance and solicitation issue date are yet to be determined. The GSA is committed to high-performance and sustainable buildings and expects the contractor to participate in initiatives to conserve energy and water consumption, meet environmental standards, and utilize green products and services. The contractor must ensure that their employees have the necessary qualifications, certifications, and training for the work required.
