GSA PBS - Facility Maintenance Service Ft Worth TX Federal Center - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), in collaboration with the Public Building Service (PBS), is conducting market research to gather information for a future solicitation. The GSA, which manages federal properties and facilitates procurement solutions, aims to ensure that the facilities under its management are maintained to high standards. This particular research focuses on the Fort Worth Federal Center located at 501 W. Felix Street, Fort Worth, Texas. The overall goal of this contract is to secure comprehensive operations and maintenance services for multiple buildings within the complex.

The scope of work includes operations and maintenance (O&M) services as well as ground maintenance for a variety of facilities at the Fort Worth Federal Center. This includes both administrative buildings and operational facilities such as warehouses and guard houses. Key structures involved in this contract include Building 23, Building 24, several warehouses, and additional support structures like sheds and motor shops. The successful contractor will be expected to maintain these facilities in optimal condition over a five-year period with an initial base year followed by four optional years.

The contracted services will encompass routine maintenance tasks necessary for ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of these federal buildings. This includes HVAC system upkeep, plumbing repairs, electrical system management, landscaping services, janitorial duties, and other related tasks essential for facility operations. By engaging qualified contractors through this solicitation process, GSA aims to uphold its standards of efficiency and reliability across its managed properties.
