GSA PBS - Denver & Boulder Custodial and Related Services - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Public Buildings Service (PBS), is conducting market research to identify capable contractors for providing custodial and related services. The focus is on several key federal properties located in Denver and Boulder, Colorado. This initiative is part of GSA's commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency in federal buildings, ensuring they remain conducive environments for both public use and government operations.

The scope of work outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) includes a comprehensive range of custodial services across multiple sites. In Denver, these sites include prominent federal buildings such as the Alfred A. Arraj U.S. Courthouse, Byron G. Rogers Federal Office Building and U.S. Courthouse, Byron White U.S. Courthouse, Cesar E Chavez Memorial Building, and the U.S. Custom House. Additionally, services are required for several federal garage locations including California Street Garage, Welton Street Garage, and Fox Street Garage.

In Boulder, the custodial services extend to the David Skaggs Research Center (NOAA Building). The contract aims to establish a collaborative partnership between GSA and the selected contractor to effectively address any challenges that arise during service delivery. The overarching goal is to ensure all facilities are maintained according to GSA standards while fostering an environment that supports efficient problem-solving between all parties involved.
