GSA PBS - Custodial and Related Services for Fairbanks, AK - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA) is currently conducting market research to gather information and responses for a custodial services contract at the Fairbanks Federal Building located at 101 12th Avenue, Fairbanks, Alaska. This initiative is part of GSA's ongoing efforts to ensure that federal facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. The scope of work for this contract involves providing comprehensive custodial and related services within the designated federal building. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across all areas, which includes regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, waste disposal, and restroom sanitation. Additionally, the contractor will be expected to perform periodic deep cleaning tasks and manage any related custodial duties that may arise during the period of performance.

This contract is structured with a one-year base period running from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
