Description

The Federal Acquisition Service, Office of General Supplies and Services will be awarding a Task Order (TO) Number 47QSCC24F2726 to International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation under their Alliant II Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Number 47QTCK18D0014 in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) Number RFQ1652325.
With this award IBM will provide program management, system development, software implementation, software-as-a-service (SaaS) management and hosting, operations and maintenance, training, integration, reporting and analytics, vendor support services, and transition in and out, as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). IBM shall provide firm fixed price services for Tasks 1, 2 4, 5 and 6. Task 2 is a time and material CLIN that will be issued for enhancements by task order modification.
IBM's total price for Tasks 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6, for the task order's full Period of Performance (POP) of a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods, is $39,547,224.23.
