GSA - FMCS Application Development & Support Services - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting market research on behalf of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) to identify potential providers for comprehensive Application Development and Support Services (ADSS). The FMCS operates a sophisticated cloud-based enterprise digital environment that relies heavily on Microsoft 365, third-party platforms, and custom-developed applications. The overarching goal of this contract is to ensure the seamless operation, modernization, security, integration, and enhancement of FMCS's digital infrastructure.

The scope of work for this contract involves a wide array of services aimed at maintaining and enhancing FMCS's existing systems. Key components of the environment include SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Dynamics, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI), Dataverse, SQL Server, Collabspace (ERM), LMS365, Azure cloud services, custom .NET/C# applications with SQL databases, an AWS-hosted WordPress website as well as multiple legacy systems. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing support across these platforms to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.

In addition to maintenance tasks such as troubleshooting and updates for existing applications and platforms within the FMCS digital environment; modernization efforts are also required. This includes implementing new technologies or upgrades that enhance system performance or user experience while ensuring robust security measures are in place. Integration tasks will focus on ensuring seamless interoperability between different systems within the enterprise architecture.
