GSA ETS - Invoice & Billing Internal Support - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), through its Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) division, is seeking to enhance its financial oversight capabilities for the Invoice and Billing Support Branch (IBS). The IBS is tasked with providing national support for Regional Services programs by managing financial transactions related to voice, data, and video telecommunications services offered to federal agencies. The overarching goal of this initiative is to ensure accurate processing, reconciliation, and analysis of all revenue-related transactions, thereby supporting the financial health and planning activities of the Full-Service program/WITS.

The work requested involves a comprehensive suite of tasks focused on inputting and processing financial data crucial for inventory administration. This includes handling contractors' charges and billing federal agency customers across the Continental United States and its territories. The contract will be a fixed-price agreement aimed at bolstering ETS's local telecommunications service arrangements. By improving these processes, the GSA aims to streamline operations as it transitions from expiring contracts like Networx, WITS 3, and Local Service Agreements (LSAs) to the new Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract.
