THIS IS A FINAL SOLICITATION NOTICE

This notice, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Section 5.102, is posted by the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) to announce the issuance of a FINAL Request for Proposal (RFP) for Phase II of the Building Maintenance and Operations Small Business (BMO SB) Federal Strategic Sourcing Solution inclusive of Zones 2 through 6. The BMO SB is a 100% total small business set aside. BMO SB is a Government-Wide, Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) solicitation using full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart FAR 6.203.
