GSA AAS - Army Tactical Command and Control (C2) Server Support - MRAS

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), in collaboration with the Department of the Army, is conducting market research to gather information on potential vendors capable of supporting the Army's Tactical Command and Control (C2) Server operations. This initiative, managed by GSA's Office of Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS), aims to bolster the operational capabilities of the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). The overarching goal is to ensure that USASOC's network infrastructure remains robust, secure, and capable of supporting both existing and emerging mission requirements.

The work requested involves comprehensive support for USASOC's Tactical C2 Service Architecture. Vendors are expected to provide maintenance and technical support expertise for this critical infrastructure. The requirement includes full-time on-site support at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, with additional on-site capabilities across various SOCOM locations worldwide as needed. The focus is on integrating Special Operations Forces Information Environment (SIE) with broader military networks, ensuring seamless interoperability between SOF-specific systems and conventional force systems.

Additionally, the contract seeks to procure Tactical Mission and Innovation Support (TMIS) services that will enable rapid assessment and integration of new technologies within USASOC's existing infrastructure. This involves evaluating new software, hardware, and innovative solutions from industry partners to address current challenges while enhancing operational effectiveness. The vendor will coordinate efforts to preserve and institutionalize SOF-Conventional Forces interoperability through strategic innovation initiatives.
