Description

GSA has executed an on-airport lease for 10 years for 4,560 rentable square feet of space for the Transportation Security Administration ("TSA") in Long Beach, CA. The lease has been awarded to Million Air North, Inc. Commencing July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2033, U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $221,750.22.
