This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice FA254325Q0029

The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to find potential vendors to provide a diagnostic ultrasound machine with specifications suitable for musculoskeletal and nerve imaging, and that meet the specifications of the attached Statement of work (SOW).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
The government requires a Diagnostic Ultrasound machine with the following spec:

-Portable, laptop- style or tablet-based design

High resolution imaging capability (minimum 12-15MHz linear probe)

B-mode, M-mode, Color Doppler and Power Doppler modes.

MSK preset capabilities

Needle enhancement or needle visualization software

HIPPA complaint image saving and export capability.

Probes types required:

Linear probe (at least 12 - 18MHz)

Curvilinear or phased array for deeper structures

Minimum 1 year warranty on the ultrasound unit and transducers, including coverage for parts and labor.

DELIVERABLES:
The contractor shall deliver no more than 60 days after receipt of the order. Requirement shall be delivered to Buckley Space Force Base, CO 80011; delivery address will be provided upon award.

Background
