This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice is for the market research information and planning purposes only, and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Center for Enabling Capabilities' (CEC) Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF), or the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA).

This is a requirement to establish a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that will allow the Center for Enabling Capabilities' (CEC) Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF) to procure the proprietary consumables required for the Government-owned Growth DirectTM System currently used by the PBF.

Background
The Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Center for Enabling Capabilities' (CEC) Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF) is seeking to establish a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. This contract will enable the procurement of proprietary consumables necessary for the Government-owned Growth Direct™ System currently utilized by the PBF.

Work Details
The required consumables include:
- Environmental Monitoring Cassettes (Part: ET80-100) - Estimated Maximum Annual Quantity: 240 Each
- Environmental Monitoring Vision Lids (Part: EMVL-100) - Estimated Maximum Annual Quantity: 240 Each
- Freight associated with delivery - Estimated Maximum Annual Quantity: 240 Each.

All cassettes and vision lids must have an expiration date at least three months after delivery. Delivery Orders (DOs) will be issued on an as-needed basis, anticipated at approximately four DOs per year. Freight costs must be included in the pricing.

Period of Performance
Five-year ordering period.

Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF), 9100 Brookville Rd., Building 501, Silver Spring, MD 20910-1876.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must provide a capabilities statement that addresses how they can fulfill the requirements set forth in the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs).
