Group physical fitness instructors-ON-SITE IN-PERSON-SUITLAND, MD

Contractor shall provide only IN-PERSON classes with the instructor present here at the facility. Contractor shall be able to provide qualified in-person instructors agreed upon between the fitness center management and contractor to teach scheduled in-person classes during the early morning (0615 0800), midday (1100 1300), and evening hours (1500 1730) in the NMIC Group Exercise Studio. Contractor shall provide a minimum of 10 in-person classes per week. Contractor shall ensure that the instructor will be present in the ONI Fitness Center for all classes, and all classes shall start and end at its scheduled time. All classes are 45 minutes' duration. Contractor shall provide the NMIC Fitness Center with in-person instructors that are currently certified by fitness organizations that are recognized by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or a nationally recognized certification for a specific format such as ZUMBA, YOGA, Pilates, PIYO, and etc. Contractor shall maintain an up-to-date copy of each instructor's current First-Aid, CPR/ AED, and fitness certifications and have them available to present to government at any time during the duration of the contract. Contractor shall have approved certified instructors ready to teach in-person classes such as Yoga, Boot Camp, Cycling, Pilates/PiYo, Step, Cardio-Kickboxing, Zumba/Cardio Dance, Hi/Lo Floor Aerobics, and/or other classes that are agreed upon between the fitness center management and the contractor. Contractor and fitness center management will jointly determine the scheduling of classes. The scheduling of classes shall be determined two weeks prior to the start date of the schedule. The contractor shall provide the names of instructors and their contact number for emergency purposes. Contractor and fitness center management shall jointly agree to any schedule changes ten days prior to the new changes. THIS IS A FIRM-FIXED PRICE AWARD
