Group Exercise Contract Manger

Background
The Group Exercise Contract Manager (GECM) will provide the expertise needed to operate and administer a well-rounded group exercise program for the Robins Air Force Base (AFB) Fitness Center.

The mission of the agency is to promote physical fitness and wellness among military personnel and their families. The goal of this contract is to ensure that high-quality group exercise classes are available at the Robins AFB Fitness Center, enhancing the health and fitness of its users.

Work Details
The GECM will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and scheduling qualified instructors with a minimum of 6 months experience instructing large groups;
- Ensuring all instructors possess current certifications from accredited organizations;
- Maintaining liability insurance for instructors;
- Submitting a Safety and Health Plan within 10 days after award;
- Submitting Accident/Incident Reports as necessary within 24 hours after an incident;
- Ensuring compliance with all safety standards as outlined in Appendix C of the Statement of Work (SOW);
- Conducting at least 780 sessions of group exercise classes at designated locations;
- Coordinating class schedules with the Fitness Program Coordinator (FPC);
- Providing instruction for at least three special events annually;
- Maintaining instructor certification files for review by the FPC.

Period of Performance
From November 26, 2024, to November 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
Classes will be performed at Robins AFB Fitness in the Sports Center Building 826, located at 840 Eight Street, Robins AFB, GA 31098, and at the Fitness Center Annex – Building 301, located at 460 Richard Ray Blvd, Robins AFB, GA 31098.
