Background
The 63d Readiness Division, which supports Soldiers in seven states, is issuing this contract for grounds maintenance services at multiple Army Reserve facilities in Texas. The goal is to provide best-in-class base operations support for Soldiers in the Southwest Region of the United States. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and professional appearance of the grounds.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include: lawn maintenance, weed control, and general spring and fall cleanup. The contractor must adhere to the standards outlined in the PWS and ensure that all work is performed to maintain satisfactory conditions for lawns, trees, shrubs, and other exterior flora. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for verifying actual site conditions and measurements.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026, with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.

Place of Performance
Grounds maintenance services will be performed at various Army Reserve facilities located in Texas including Beaumont, Laredo, McAllen, Victoria, Yoakum, Robstown, Brownsville, San Marcos, Round Rock, Sinton, and North Houston.
