Background
The 63d Readiness Division supports Soldiers in seven states, providing best-in-class base operations support for Soldiers in the Southwest Region of the United States. This contract is issued to provide non-personal grounds maintenance services at the Army Reserve facility located at TX019 Corpus Christi Memorial ARC, 4722 McArdle Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78411-3905.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include lawn maintenance, weed control, and general spring and fall cleanup. The contractor is responsible for maintaining satisfactory conditions of lawns, trees, shrubs, and other exterior flora to present a clean and professional appearance. The contractor must adhere to the standards and specifications outlined in the PWS and is responsible for determining actual site conditions and measurements.

Period of Performance
The contract has a base period from January 15, 2026 to January 14, 2027, followed by four (4) option periods of twelve (12) months each from January 15, 2027 to January 14, 2031. There is also a potential six (6) month extension available.
