Grounds Maintenance Services - New Martinsville, WV (WV031)   2

Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey is seeking potential sources for Grounds Maintenance Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division located in New Martinsville, WV.

The goal of this contract is to maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants while presenting a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The services include but are not limited to:
- Spring and Fall Clean up
- Mowing
- Grass Clipping Removal
- Trimming/Edging
- Maintenance of the Retention Pond.

The contractor must adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations and maintain effective quality control to ensure compliance with the contract requirements. Quality assurance will be evaluated through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan focusing on performance standards and defect rates. The contractor is responsible for conducting business during specified hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) on weekdays except Federal Holidays or during facility closures.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one base year with four twelve-month option periods.
