Grounds maintenance services for the Omaha National Cemetery & Fort McPherson National Cemetery -- S208

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to release a requirement to procure cemetery grounds maintenance services for the Omaha National Cemetery & Fort McPherson National Cemetery via an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The IDIQ will be for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4), one-year option periods.

Work Details
The scope of work includes grounds maintenance services for the Omaha National Cemetery & Fort McPherson National Cemetery. The services may include landscaping, mowing, trimming, and other related tasks to maintain the cemeteries' grounds in a presentable and respectful manner.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract will have a base period of one year with the potential for four additional one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Omaha National Cemetery & Fort McPherson National Cemetery. The vendor site visit is scheduled to take place at 14250 Schram Road, Omaha, Nebraska 68123.
