The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Grounds Maintenance Services, East Brimfield, Fiskdale, MA.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnishing all equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary for Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

This is a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date are included in this solicitation. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access www.SAM.gov.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.

ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Grounds Maintenance Services, East Brimfield, Fiskdale, MA. The work consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary for Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
The scope of work includes furnishing all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation to perform grounds maintenance services at the East Brimfield Lake Project area. The area includes approximately 5 acres of weekly maintenance area and approximately 42 acres of annual/field mowing. Services include spring and fall clean-ups.
The period of performance of the base year is from contract award through 31 December 2024, with options for two additional years. The work will not be permitted before 7:00 am or after 3:30 pm unless approved in advance by the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). Tasks are to be performed during the Service Schedule depicted in the table provided.

The East Brimfield Lake Project area is in the towns of Sturbridge, Brimfield, and Holland, Massachusetts. The East Brimfield Dam area is located at 24 Riverview Avenue, Fiskdale, Massachusetts. Remaining areas are off Rte. 20 in Brimfield and Sturbridge, MA; Champeau Road and Streeter Road in Sturbridge, MA; Morse Road and East Brimfield Road in Holland, MA.
