SITE VISIT
A one-time site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, February 24, 2024 at 10:00 AM CT. Attendees must register. Please see further details in Section B of the attached SIR/Solicitation document.

This RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this solicitation for Grounds Maintenance Services at the Chicago Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located in Aurora, Illinois. A draft Quality Control Plan must be submitted within 15 days of contract award, with a final plan due 30 days after award.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be from April 1, 2026 through September 30, 2030. This includes a Base Year from April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 and four additional option years each lasting six months.

The services will be performed at the FAA Chicago Air Route Traffic Control Center located at 619 W. Indian Trail Road, Aurora, Illinois 60506.
