Background
The U.S. Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi, Japan, is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services. The goal of this contract is to ensure the upkeep and aesthetic quality of the facility's grounds, aligning with the mission of maintaining operational readiness and a safe environment for personnel.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide the following services:

- Maintenance of improved grounds;
- Maintenance of vegetation;
- Edging of vegetation;
- Lawn services;
- Weed control;
- Maintenance of plants and plant beds;
- Maintenance of shrubs and hedges;
- Maintenance of trees;
- Vegetation control.

The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary for grounds maintenance and landscaping service at NAF Atsugi.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract spans from May 16, 2025, to February 28, 2026. Subsequent option periods extend through February 29, 2032.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the U.S. Naval Air Facility in Atsugi, Japan.
