Background
The U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach is seeking grounds maintenance services for the Katterbach and Illesheim Airfields in Germany. The contract aims to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of these airfields, which are critical to the operations of the U.S. Army in the region.

This requirement will be fulfilled through a commercial, Single Award with a firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract, utilizing low price technically acceptable evaluation factors for determining the successful offer.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services at Katterbach and Illesheim Airfields, including but not limited to:
- Mowing
- Trimming
- Landscaping
- Disposal of grass clippings, especially from areas contaminated with Per- and Polyfluorinated Substances (PFAS), in accordance with German regulations.

The work will be performed under a Performance Work Statement (PWS) which outlines specific tasks and responsibilities. The contract includes a base year of service with options for up to four additional years.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will commence on April 1, 2025, and may extend through March 31, 2030, depending on the exercise of option years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Katterbach and Illesheim Airfields located in Ansbach, Germany.
