Grounds Maintenance Bluefield, WV   2

Background
The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Grounds Maintenance Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The services will be performed at Bluefield Memorial USARC, located at 532 Cumberland Road, Bluefield, WV 24701-0532. The contractor is expected to provide all necessary personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items and non-personal services required to deliver grounds maintenance services according to the Performance Work Statement (PWS), adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to provide grounds maintenance services including but not limited to: mowing, edging, trimming, weeding/planting bed maintenance, pruning/trimming, and spring/fall cleanup.

The contractor must ensure that the grounds are maintained in a healthy condition with grass, trees, shrubs, and plants presenting a clean and professional appearance. All services must comply with the standards outlined in the contract and the PWS.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will consist of a 12-month base period followed by four additional 12-month option periods from the date of award.
