Grounds Maintenance at Fort Benning, GA   3

This solicitation is for Grounds Maintenance on Fort Benning, GA. This is a Base plus Four Option Years requirements contract. The previous contract number was W911SF-19-D-0001, awarded to U.S. Grounds Maintenance for $14,516,665.00 for a base plus four option years. A site visit is scheduled for November 10, 2020 at 10:00 AM. For the site visit, meet at the bottom of the outside stairs on the south side of Building 6 (search Google Maps for "Meloy Hall Fort Benning, park in the large parking lot accessed by Karker Street). To obtain a Visitor Day Pass, arrive early to the Visitor Center at the Fort Benning I-185 entrance with a valid Government-issued ID card and current vehicle registration/insurance (search Google Maps for "Fort Benning Visitor Center). *NOTE: Solicitation Amendment 1 added two CLINS (Tree Planting and Stump Removal); increased several CLINs quantities for Tree removal; updated wording in Section L and M to allow contractors to provide herbicide certifications not later than 10 calendar days prior to the start of the contract and provide 5 years' experience as a combination of the project and program manager; and put all questions/answers on Attachment 5.
