This amendment is issued to incorporate a revised Section J, J-0200000-02 Wage Determination, Section J, J-0200000-07 ELINs and Section L, L.4 Content of Porposal. In addition, provide pre-proposal inquiries and reponses related to the solicitation.

Background
The agency is in receipt of a pre-award protest. This amendment (0006) is issued to extend the proposal due date until further notice. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services located at Norfolk Naval Station, Norfolk VA, and NNSY’s Craney Island Fuel Depot.

Work Details
This is a Facilities Support, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with Recurring and Non-Recurring Services as noted in Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offeror. The contract contains provisions for a Base Period with four (4) one-year option periods and one six-month option period, not to exceed a total of sixty-six (66) months.
Proposers shall submit a lump sum price for Section B, CLINs 0001 through 0012 and unit prices for Exhibit A through Exhibit F.

The contract contains provisions for a Base Period with four (4) one-year option periods and one six-month option period, not to exceed a total of sixty-six (66) months.

Place of Performance
Grounds maintenance and landscaping services are to be performed at Norfolk Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia and Other Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
