GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES AT NAVAL AIR STATION MERIDIAN, MISSISSIPPI AND OUTLYING AREAS   4

Background
The outcome to be achieved is a contract for ongoing services under Sub-annex 1503050 Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping at Naval Air Station (NAS) Meridian, Mississippi and outlying areas within NAS Meridian Area of Responsibility (AOR). The contracting process has been amended multiple times to extend the offer due date.

Work Details
The SOW contains detailed information on the General Information, Management and Administration requirements, Performance Objectives, Related Information, and Performance Standards. It specifies that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor is also responsible for periodic servicing, maintenance, and repair of Government-Furnished Items accepted for use at no additional cost to the Government. Additionally, it outlines requirements for safeguarding controlled unclassified information and information associated with Government property.
