The Veterans Construction Team (VCT) is seeking to lease ground level storage containers to support its vocational rehabilitation services. The VCT has acquired a significant inventory of tools and equipment through revenue generated from construction and renovation activities.

To properly store this inventory, additional storage beyond the current capacity at the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital (ENRMVH) is required. The goal of this contract is to establish a firm, fixed price agreement for the annual lease of storage containers with options for up to four additional years.

The lease cost must include all necessary equipment and labor for delivery, pick-up, and proper siting on solid, level ground. Deliveries will occur at specified sites within the grounds of the ENRM VA Medical Center in Bedford, MA. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all equipment delivered meets quality standards and is inspected by a representative of VCT before acceptance. Monthly invoicing for costs incurred under the lease will be required, along with status reports submitted to the Ordering Contracting Officer (OCO).

The contract will commence on April 1, 2025, with a base year running until March 31, 2026. There are options for four additional years extending through March 31, 2030.
