Ground shipping Corrugated Boxes

Background
The IRS has a requirement to maintain a stock of Ground Shipping Supplies, which are orderable through the Order & Subscription Management System (OSMS) by IRS business units for their outgoing ground shipments. These supplies are stocked and shipped from the National Distribution Center. A firm fixed price requirements contract will be issued to ensure the availability of these shipping supplies.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

1. **Flap Type Corrugated Boxes (12 1⁄4" X 9 1⁄4" X 12")**
- Equivalent to ULine Model # S-14270
- 200# test strength
- Quantity: 3,000
- Bundled in quantities of 25 and single strapped
- Palletize at 20 bundles/500 boxes per pallet
- Pallet dimensions: L48" X W40" with a maximum height of 55"
- Post-consumer fiber content: (<300 psi) 25% - 50%, (300 psi) 25% - 30%

2. **Multi-Depth Corrugated Boxes (18" X 12" X 12 /10/8/6")**
- Equivalent to ULine Model # S-540
- Height adjustable to 6", 8", 10", or 12"
- Quantity: 3,250
- Bundled in quantities of 25 and single strapped
- Palletize at 10 bundles/250 boxes per pallet
- Pallet dimensions: L48" X W40" with a maximum height of 55"
- Post-consumer fiber content: (<300 psi) 25% - 50%, (300 psi) 25% - 30%
