Ground Maintenance Service for USAG Humphreys

Background
This is a non-personal services contract to provide ground maintenance service. The USAG Humphreys Directorate of Public Works (DPW) plan is to keep and improve the sustainability of existing landscaping condition through grass cutting, weed elimination, and vegetation control to provide force protection through controlled growth for obstructed view of the entire perimeter and a healthy atmosphere through reduced insect population in Area III.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide ground maintenance service as specified in the performance of this PWS and ensure all works accomplished serviced area presents healthy, clean, neat, and professional appearance in support of mission requirements and healthy environment for users, residents, and visitors to the installation. The Contractor shall compile historical data, prepare required reports, and submit all information as specified by the Deliverables presented in the contract. The intent is to establish work requirements that are performance-based and results-oriented. The Contractor shall determine the best and most cost-effective ways to fulfill ground maintenance service and their component needs, emphasizing innovation and commercial best practices.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from 1 May 2023 to 31 March 2028.
