Ground Maintenance at USAG Humphreys and Area III

Provide Grounds Maintenance Services to keep and improve the sustainability of existing landscaping conditions through grass cutting, weed elimination and vegetation control to provide force protection through controlled growth for obstructed view of entire perimeter and a healthy atmosphere through reduced insect population in Area III.

Background
The U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services for USAG Humphreys and Area III. The mission of this contract is to maintain and improve the sustainability of existing landscaping conditions, ensuring force protection and a healthy atmosphere through effective vegetation control.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance tasks as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Mowing and trimming of grass areas.
2. Leaf and debris removal.
3. Weed elimination and vegetation control to enhance visibility and reduce insect populations.
4. Maintenance of traffic flow for vehicles and pedestrians during service tasks.
5. Restoration of any damage to government property caused by contractor operations at no additional cost.
6. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations, and directives.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations including Camp Humphreys in Pyeongtaek-si, High Point Remote Signal Site in Cheonan-si, Richmond Remote Signal Site in Daejeon-si, Camp Ames Ammo in Daejeon-si, Army Depot #3 in Cheonan-si, Bayonne Remote Signal Site in Yongin-si, Special Operations Command Korea (SOCKOR) in Icheon-si, Railroad Transportation Office (RTO) at Pyeongtaek Station, Camp Yongin in Yongin-si, K-16 in Seongnam-si, Camp Tango in Seongnam-si, Microwave Madison Site (MMS) in Suwon-si, and Beason in Yangpyeong-gun.
