Ground Ambulance Services

William Beaumont Army Medical Center, U.S. Army Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC), White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), and Fort Bliss Operational Area-Ranges.

W81K00-24-R-0004

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West has a requirement to procure a contract for a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Ground Ambulance Services. The Contractor shall provide Health Care Personnel (HCP) of 83 FTEs: 41 FTEs Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), 41 FTEs Paramedics, and 1 FTE Senior Level Paramedics that will serve as an On-Site Program Manager Services. in support for William Beaumont Army Medical Center, U.S. Army Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC), White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), and Fort Bliss Operational Area-Ranges.

in Texas. This requirement will be solicited as an 8(a) competitive procurement. Therefore, only 8(a) certified Small Businesses will be considered. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with base period of twelve (12) months, 01 April 2024 through 31 March 2025, plus four (4), 12-month option years. The Government reserves the right to exercise or not exercise the option periods as specified. The North American Industrial Classification System NAICS Code is 621910- Ambulance with a business size standard $22.5 million.

The solicitation number will be W81K00-24-R-0004. The solicitation will be available on/about 19 December 2023 at website (https://sam.gov/). There will be a time to submit questions stated in the solicitation and the solicitation may answer alot of questions. Please hold all questions for after the solicitation is posted.

Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates and /or amendments to any and/or all documents. Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to submitting a response to the solicitation and any award being made. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
