The applicable NAICS code is 332993.

This consolidated requirement will be solicited via an Other Than Full and Open Competition approach restricted to the United States, its outlying areas, and Canada as authorized by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-3. It will result in a multiple award, five-year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with five ordering periods. The Government intends to make contract awards utilizing a best value trade off approach. The Government reserves the right to make one award in the event there is only one qualified contractor.

The technical data packages (TDP) are classified as Distribution D limited distribution. These TDPs contain technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act, (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended titled, 50 U.S.C. App 2401 et seq. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties. Disseminate In Accordance With (IAW) provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. Offerors must be registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office to obtain the TDPs. The TDPs are available with this presolicitation notice at https//:www.beta.sam.gov with valid contractor credentials. The Government intends to hold a vitual Industry Day prior to release of the solicitation. Details will be provided at a later date.

The response date listed above is for archive purposes only and is NOT the date in which offers are due. The date offers are due will be identified in the solicitation. Estimated solicitation issue date is 08 July 2020. This is an estimated date only and is subject to change.

Amendment 01

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Presolicitation Notice W52P1J-19-R-0032 for the Grenade Consolidation requirement is to notify industry that a Virtual Industry Day for this requirement will be held via teleconference on 15 May 2020.

To attend the Virtual Industry Day, please register by submitting the following information via email to Kristy Tierney at kristy.l.tierney.civ@mail.mil and Larry Schroeder at lawrence.j.schroeder4.civ@mail.mil by 5:00PM CT on 05 May 2020:

The Virtual Industry Day teleconference details will be provided via email after registration.

Prior to the Virtual Industry Day, the Government will provide written responses to the written questions submitted by all attendees.

After the Virtual Industry Day, a list of all attendees (except those who opt out of being included) will be provided to all participants.

The Government does not intend to provide slides, notes, or minutes from this Virtual Industry Day.

Amendment 02: The estimated RFP issue date has been changed from 01 June 2020 to 08 July 2020, and the closing date has been changed from 30 days after issuance to 60 days after issuance.
