Background
The Greers Ferry Lake Project is a multi-purpose power generation, flood control, and municipal water supply project located in Cleburne County, Arkansas. The project includes the Greers Ferry Dam and is managed by the Greers Ferry Project Office, which oversees operation and maintenance duties at the Powerhouse, Visitor Center, and 14 parks.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive park cleanup services to maintain the cleanliness and safety of these recreational areas.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform park cleanup services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include restroom cleaning, picnic area maintenance, campsite cleaning, facilities cleaning, grounds policing (removal of trash and debris), solid waste removal from designated containers, mowing services, and emergency single facilities service.

Specific tasks are outlined in various Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for different parks including Normal Service and Partial Service for locations such as Dam Site Park, Old Highway 25 Park, John F Kennedy Park, Heber Springs Park, Cove Creek Park, Shiloh Park, Narrows Park, Devils Fork Park, Sugar Loaf Park, Choctaw Park, Hill Creek Park, Cherokee Park, Mill Creek Park. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while performing these services.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various parks within the Greers Ferry Lake area in Cleburne County and Van Buren Counties in Arkansas.
