Effective w ith this amendment the follow ing changes are made: The bid schedule in section B is hereby replaced w ith the attached revised bid schedule dated 15 April 2022. The amount of $1,000,000.00 has been added to CLINS 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, 4002 and the amount of $500,000.00 has been added to CLIN 5002. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement issued under NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District Greenwood Area Office. Features of the work include furnishing all labor, equipment, fuel, supplies, transportation, supervision, and management to provide inspection, operation, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of flood control facilities and features, including emergency operations. The scope of this contract encompasses a broad variety of operations, maintenance, repair, inspection, reconstruction, and rehabilitation of project facilities, water control structures, and other features, which includes 23 Mississippi counties. The government intends to award a single performance-based contract for a base year, four option years with Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and some Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) line items; plus, a (6) six-month option, if needed. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for details.

The Request for Proposal is available on the Contract Opportunities Web Page at https://sam.gov/. Offerors may register on the Interested Vendor List (IVL) at https://sam.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hard copies will not be available.

All questions must be addressed through the ProjNet system. A ProjNet Key has been provided in Section L of the solicitation.
