Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, is issuing a solicitation for the Green Bay Harbor Dredging Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) located in Green Bay Harbor, Wisconsin.

The primary goal of this SATOC is to provide maintenance dredging and related support activities within the harbor and associated navigation channels over a five-year ordering period.

Work Details
The contract involves maintenance dredging and related dredging support activities. Key tasks include:
1. Coordination meetings among all parties involved to discuss scope of work, Hazardous Energy Control (HEC) procedures, and compliance with safety regulations (EM 385-1-1).
2. Implementation of a Hazardous Energy Control Program (HECP) in accordance with EM 385-1-1, including lockout/tagout procedures for worker protection.
3. Establishment of a fall protection program to protect employees from fall hazards, including the use of personal fall protection equipment and systems as specified in EM 385-1-1.
4. Development and maintenance of an Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) that addresses environmental compliance during construction, including stormwater management and protection of historical, biological, natural, archaeological, and wetland resources.
