Background
The 354th Contracting Squadron (354 CONS) is seeking sources for a potential upcoming Grease Traps Re-Acquisition requirement at Eielson Air Force Base (AFB), Alaska. This notice serves as market research and is not a solicitation or request for proposal. The goal is to identify vendors capable of providing grease trap services and to gather feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for maintaining grease traps, ensuring they are cleaned according to the established schedule, and reporting on the amount of grease waste removed. Specific tasks include:
1. Cleaning all grease traps in accordance with the scope and schedule, ensuring work areas are left clean and sanitary.
2. Sending monthly reports to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) detailing the gallons of grease trap waste pumped from each facility within 7 days of service completion.
3. Steam/jet rodding drain lines to ensure proper flow from kitchen sinks to 60 feet past the last grease trap, maintaining cleanliness during work efforts.
4. Adhering to safety and health standards as per OSHA requirements, including immediate reporting of any incidents or defects.
5. Developing and maintaining a quality control plan to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
