Grease Trap, Septic Tank, Wastewater Treatment Sludge Hopper, Sewage Lift Station, and Non-Potable Water Tank Maintenance, Collection and Disposal Services at MCB Camp Smedley D. Butler, Okinawa Japan. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provision of all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, equipment, transportation, incidental engineering and other items required to perform maintenance, collection and disposal services for Wastewater Treatment Sludge Hoppers, Sewage Lift Stations, Non-Potable Water Tanks, Septic Tanks and Grease Traps at Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. Butler, Okinawa, Japan to include but not limited to Camp Kinser, MCAS Futenma, Camp Foster, Camp Lester, Camp Courtney, Camp Hansen, Camp Schwab, Central Training Area (CTA) and North Training Area (NTA).The contract type is a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work requirements. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period and six (6) one-year option periods. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. Contractors must be registered to do business in Japan and possess all valid permits and licenses as required by the contract and must have a Japanese bank account in order to receive payment via DFAS Japan. Amendment 0001 is issued to provide Government responses to the inquiries from offerors.
