Good Afternoon,
Please review the attached Grease Trap Services Request for Quote, Statement of Work (SOW), and Wage Determinations.
Key Notes:
1) A site visit will be held on 21 Aug 15 at 10:00 a.m. CST. Contractors shall contact MSgt Phillip Torres to confirm their attendance no later than 19 Aug 15. Site visit will be cancelled if no notifications are received.
2) Be sure to review provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation Factors) and addendum in their entirety to understand evaluation process and basis for award.
3) Be sure to submit all required fill in sheets i.e., (bid shedule, contractor information, provisions with fill-ins).
4) Quotes are due no later than 12:00 p.m. CST on 28 Aug 15.
