Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of Graykey Software Licenses and Units for the Office of Justice Services (OJS) Mobile Management Unit (MMU). The goal of this contract is to provide essential software and support services that enhance the capabilities of law enforcement agencies in managing mobile device data extraction and analysis. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), aligning with the agency's mission to support economic development within Indian communities.

The price must include warranty, shipping, handling, and customer training.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, with options to extend for two additional years.
