Gray Water Disposal for Exercise Northern Strike 26-2

Background
This contract is issued in support of Exercise Northern Strike (NS) 26-2 at Oscoda-Wurtsmith Airport (OWA).
The primary goal of the contract is to manage the disposal of graywater generated during the exercise, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The Contractor will be responsible for providing professional services, which include:
- Setting up necessary equipment and facilities for graywater disposal on August 2, 2026.
- Managing the collection and removal of graywater from OWA to a designated water treatment plant from August 1 to August 13, 2026.
- Providing supervision, labor, vehicles, tools, quality control measures, and all supplies and materials not supplied by the Government.
- Conducting tear down and packing of equipment on August 13, 2026.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from August 2, 2026, through August 13, 2026.

Place of Performance
Oscoda-Wurtsmith Airport (OWA), Oscoda, Michigan.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements: Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
Additionally, bidders should possess relevant experience in environmental services related to wastewater management and disposal.
