Background
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), specifically the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), is seeking to procure equipment to support its mission of advancing energy technologies. This solicitation aims to acquire a Graphite Vacuum Chamber Furnace and a Hot Walled Retort Furnace for Pyrolysis, which are essential for research and development in energy production and materials processing.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
1. Graphite Vacuum Chamber Furnace, Brand Name or Equal Carbolite Gero (HTK80) with accompanying accessories as per attached specifications.
2. Hot Walled Retort Furnace for Pyrolysis, Brand Name or Equal Carbolite Gero (GLO120) with accompanying accessories as per attached specifications.

The requirement is for 1 unit of each furnace, and all quotes must be firm-fixed price inclusive of all fees such as customs and duties.

Period of Performance
11 months after order placement.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to the National Energy Technology Laboratory located at 626 Cochran Mill Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236-3611.
