Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction project at the Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. The goal of the contract is to enhance security and access control at the base through the construction of new facilities, including a gatehouse and visitor control center improvements.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the construction of a New Gatehouse, ID Check Canopy, Guard Booth, and Room Addition to the Visitor Control Center. Additional tasks involve constructing pavements, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, as well as installing Electrical Secondary Power, Telecommunications systems, Area Lighting, Electronic Security measures, and Cybersecurity infrastructure. The contractor will also be responsible for performing all necessary demolition work within the installation perimeter.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will take place within the Installation perimeter of the Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho.
