12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This acquisition is being conducted as a Small Business Set-Aside. All offerors are required to verify their small
business status under NAICS code 561492 in their quote. Any quotes from offerors that do not meet the
socioeconomic requirement and small business size standard will not be considered for award.

Specific instructions to offerors and minimum quote submission criteria are located in Section 7, Addendum
to 52.212-1- Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors (Sept 2023)

The Contractor shall provide Grand Jury & Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States
Attorney's Office (USAO), Southern District of Georgia.

The period of performance for this contract will include a base year and four (4) one-year options as follows:
Base Year: 03/04/2025 03/03/2026
Option Year I: 03/04/2026 03/03/2027
Option Year II: 03/04/2027 03/03/2028
Option Year III: 03/04/2028 03/03/2029
Option Year IV: 03/04/2029 03/03/2030

Background
The U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Georgia, is seeking to procure Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services. This acquisition is being conducted as a Small Business Set-Aside, requiring all offerors to verify their small business status. The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision of accurate and timely court reporting services for legal proceedings.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and facilities necessary to record and transcribe Grand Jury testimony and Depositions on an 'as needed' basis. Services will be required at various locations including:

- U.S. District Court: 124 Barnard St Savannah, GA 31401
- U.S. District Court: 52 N Main St Statesboro, GA 30458
- U.S. District Court: 8 Southern Oaks Ct Savannah, GA 31405
- Deposition Locations:
- All Grand Jury Locations
- U.S. District Court: 600 James Brown Blvd Augusta, GA 30901
- U.S. District Court: 601 Tebeau St Waycross, GA 31501
- U.S. District Court: 100 Franklin St Dublin, GA 31021
- U.S. District Court: 801 Gloucester St Brunswick, GA 31520
- U.S. Attorney’s Office: 22 Barnard St Ste 300 Savannah, GA 31401
- U.S. Attorney’s Office: 600 James Brown Blvd Augusta, GA 30901.
Additionally, services may be requested within a 50-mile radius of Savannah & Augusta, GA.

The Contractor must ensure that transcripts are delivered within specified turnaround times based on the request type (e.g., Same Business Day Transcripts by 9 PM on the same day). Each transcript must include specific details such as witness name and Grand Jury date.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base year from March 4, 2025 to March 3, 2026 with four one-year options extending through March 3, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations in Georgia including Savannah, Statesboro, Augusta, Waycross, Dublin, Brunswick and within a specified radius around these cities.
